Welcome to Leaders for Design
Welcome to the PLC for Leaders for Design. This will be used to share, collaborate and guide each other in gaining a better understanding of Student Engagement, Differentiated Instruction and Educator resources.
Meeting Notes for December 4th
Goal of L4D is to work collaboratively to move Wayside to a Learning Organization.
Need to shift thinking from "What am I going to do today" to What my students will do today."
Engagement is "minds on".
Students are engaged when they are...
.... interested in the work

.... satisfied with the work
.... persistent in the work
.... commitetted to the work
